Hi, I’m Paul Calaway.

I help people in leadership roles grow in their influence through personalized trainings. I currently pastor a Baptist church in North Texas and have been in that leadership position since March 2009. I have a passion to help other leaders in my community and around the world reach their fullest potential so they can make a greater impact. In addition to a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling, I am a certified John Maxwell coach, teacher, trainer and speaker. I am also a neuroencoding certified specialist.
